When enrolling you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Once the online Student Registration Form has been completed, and in order for your enrolment to be finalised, please ensure all fields are completed and signed.
Love to Dance School of Ballet may at any time, without notice, alter, change, delete or make additions to the L2D Terms & Conditions of Business and Policies & Procedures.
Proceeding receipt of your Registration an invoice with all necessary fees will be due on the first day of classes.
All registrations at Love to Dance School of Ballet (L2D) will automatically roll over on an annual basis until written withdrawal notification has been provided.
TERM FEES:
Term fees invoiced by L2D are GST Inclusive and are subject to change without notice.
Strictly no refunds for absences or where the student has decided to discontinue.
Credit may be applied for in the case of illness or injury, when accompanied by a medical certificate, or for extended absences (4 weeks or more in one term).
Arrangements must be made prior to the commencement of term for extended absence credit.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by online by CREDIT CARD.
SURCHARGE:
For EFTPOS and CREDIT CARD payments, a surcharge will be added to the total amount being paid. L2D will only surcharge what it actually costs to process card payments, bank fees and terminal costs and at the lowest possible rate.

FEES FOR ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE (RAD):
RAD fees will be collected by Love to Dance School of Ballet and paid in one whole school transaction directly to the RAD. RAD Examinations, Workshops or Competitions or non-inclusive to invoiced L2D term fees.
If your account exceeds our trading terms, enrolment will be suspended. If it is passed over for collection, the Customer is liable for all reasonable expenses (including contingent expenses such as debt collection commission) and legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) incurred by Love to Dance School of Ballet (L2D) for enforcement of obligations and recovery of monies due from the Customer to Love to Dance School of Ballet.
COMMUNICATION:
Email should ONLY be used for matters relating to administration. At Love to Dance School of Ballet we pride ourselves on personalised attention and the student’s wellbeing is of the utmost importance. Please call the school directly to discuss any questions or concerns or arrange a meeting.
END OF YEAR PERFORMANCE:
All Fees and Performance fees for rehearsals, costume hire etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE. Fees (including tickets) cannot be refunded if you change your mind or under any circumstance except under the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Trade. Please consider your other priorities before committing to the End of Year Performance as students are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances.
UNIFORM AND GROOMING:
For all dance styles and levels uniform protocol is expected. Students are to be fully clothed over their dance wear in public and must use the appropriate dressing rooms and bathrooms provided.
ETIQUETTE:
No eating or drinking (except water) in studios. Please leave toilets and studios neat and tidy. No swinging on ballet barres.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
All forms of photography are not permitted. By signing this Enrolment Form (Unless otherwise directed by the parent/guardian) it is accepted that photographic images taken by Love to Dance may be used for promotional/reporting purposes.
PARENTS WATCHING CLASS:
Parents and friends are invited to observe classes on Open Days. If you have a special guest, please ask prior to class if it is suitable for your special guest to watch class. In most cases this can be accommodated however at times, it will not be permitted. To ensure the safety of your child and in order for classes to run on time parents are reminded not enter the studio during/between classes.
PUNCTUALITY:
Creates a positive learning environment for both for your child and the other students. If parents are late to collect, students are to wait in class with the teacher. Please do not sit and wait in the foyer by yourself. Parents please drop off/collect your child from the inside the school. Senior Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes early and be warmed up ready to start class.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
Love to Dance has permission to seek medical attention for the student in case of emergency and the student agrees to cover any expenses incurred during the process. Every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian.
It is understood and agreed that all students dance at their own risk and no liability under any circumstances shall be undertaken by the proprietors for injury or loss of personal effects or clothing.
